THE SEDUCTION is deeply committed to social work, as we believe that in this life process we must strive to give part of our efforts to the less fortunate. That is why all our projects will allocate their profits to this cause, where we plan to develop a school for orphaned children in Vietnam.
This country suffered significant depopulation after World War II, leaving many children orphaned. That is why The Seduction will carry out this project from start to finish, counting on the government to provide the land for the project and with us for everything else, not only in the design and construction but also in its management, providing sustainable comfort to these children so they can become part of tomorrow’s society as useful men and women.

Since our beginnings in 2002, with headquarters in Miami and projects in Ibiza, we have dedicated ourselves to transforming properties into true gems. In 2025, we will open our office in Barcelona to continue taking our vision even further.

Perfums - PheroStrong
The Seduction is the exclusive distributor of the world’s most extensive line of pheromone perfumes. We’re currently rolling this collection out to specialized channels like pharmacies and perfumeries, and it’s also available for purchase through our e-commerce site.
Clothing - Coming Soon...
The Seduction is part of one of the largest factories in Vietnam, with over 1,500 employees, providing excellent quality with a skilled workforce. We are also developing our own SS sports brand, which we use to sell to end consumers at the best market prices through our e-commerce platform.
A space to grow
The goal of this project is to build a school for 300 orphaned children, where they can receive basic education and grow up playing in a safe, family-friendly environment. The design is inspired by local architecture, with open spaces that foster a connection between the interior and exterior, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere in harmony with its surroundings.
